What's Included?

• Initial Configuration. We will complete the initial configuration of your dedicated server.
• Standard Hardware Maintenance. In the event of an equipment failure, we will re-install the failed component.
• Standard Software Maintenance. If you experience a problem with standard installed software applications, we will diagnose and fix the problem.
• Data Backups. We backup your server’s data on a scheduled basis.
• Operating system and security patch updates. We monitor information about operating system and security patches. When new patches are released, we will conduct the necessary testing and install the patches on your server if appropriate.
• Server Monitoring. We utilize our server monitoring tools to determine the availability of your server and will take action to restore availability if an outage is due to connectivity, hardware failure, or operating system problems. If the outage is due to problems with web pages or non-standard operating system or applications installations, we will notify you by email and telephone.
• Miscellaneous Administration. Our engineers will provide up to two hours of server administration per month for other server administration tasks not described above, e.g., installation of new domains, domain redirects, installation of industry standard software programs, etc. Tasks approved by you requiring engineering support beyond the monthly included amount will be billed at our standard hourly rates.

What's Not Included?

• Programming or Script Writing. Programming HTML, Pearl, Java or script writing remains the responsibility of the customer, as does fixing poorly coded pages.
• Copywriting. Copywriting and proofreading remains the responsibility of the customer.
• Custom Installations. Custom operating system or application installations are not included, but may be purchased on an hourly basis.
